Presenters this Gathering are: Makeda Sandra Hooper Mayfield, writer, healer, and Lorraine Bonner, artist, writer, physician. Iya Makeda will be sharing poetry and stories, and talk about a 12 step program she facilitates with African Diaspora women. Dr. Bonner will share poetry and ceramic sculpture. She has work on fibroids. Her art is always personal and moving.
